We're hiring Shift Leaders to join our team!

As a Shift Leader for Sardi's, you will be responsible for maintaining the efficient and profitable operation of your location. You will deliver impeccable service to our guests, provide high-quality food with great flavors and value, and foster an environment of trust, credibility, and respect. You will ensure that Sardi's policies and procedures are consistently implemented and maintained. Additionally, Shift Leaders support and develop Team Members throughout their shifts.

• Previous experience in hospitality or guest service environment.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently.
• Ability to reach and handle items at various heights.
• Exposure to cleaning solvents.
