Responsibilities

• Support management in daily operations
• Coach staff to deliver excellent customer service
• Ensure food quality and sanitation
• Handle cash and follow training programs
• Develop team members for growth
• Enforce policies and participate in marketing initiatives
• Build sales and maintain cleanliness
• Be certified in all restaurant positions
• Communicate effectively and demonstrate urgency
• Lead by example in quality and customer interaction
• Perform opening and closing tasks
• Manage a team of 2-5 people
• Proficient in slicing and baking bread

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Preferred: 1 year QSR experience
• Must be 18+ years old to operate slicer
• Serve Safe Food Handler Certification
• Reliable transportation

Additional Details

• Move or transport up to 50 lbs
• Work 38-40 hours per week
• Ability to get to work reliably
• Lead by example in quality and professionalism
• Full understanding of accountability and integrity
