Job Responsibilities

1. Support management in daily operations, including coaching staff, ensuring food quality, and delivering the Jersey Mike's experience.
2. Handle cash and follow training programs.
3. Develop team members for career growth and enforce policies.
4. Participate in marketing initiatives and build sales.
5. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards.
6. Be certified in all restaurant positions.
7. Communicate effectively and demonstrate a sense of urgency.
8. Lead by example in food quality, customer service, and appearance.
9. Create high-quality food, maintain cleanliness, and work in a fast-paced environment.
10. Manage a crew of 2-5 people, perform opening/closing tasks, and demonstrate proficiency in slicing and baking.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred 1 year QSR experience.
• Must be 18+ to operate slicer.
• Serve Safe Food Handler certification.
• Reliable transportation.

Additional Requirements

• Work 38-40 hours/week.
• Ability to move up to 50 lbs.
• Effective communication with management.
• Lead by example in quality and appearance.
• Full understanding of accountability and integrity.
• Perform all opening/closing tasks.
