Job summary

Luna Grill in Lakewood, CA is seeking a hands-on Shift Leader to guide the team on the floor, deliver great guest moments, and keep shifts running smoothly.

You’ll lead by example, supervise front-of-house operations, partner with the kitchen, coach teammates in real time, and help with inventory, shift recaps, and basic admin tasks while upholding safety and sanitation standards.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of restaurant or guest service supervisory or leadership experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Strong communicator and problem solver.
• Hands-on leader who leads by example.
• Flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

$17.00–$19.50/hr (up to $22.00/hr with tips)

Texas – Dallas/Fort Worth
$13.00–$15.00/hr (up to $18.00/hr with tips)

Arizona – Mesa
$16.00–$18.00/hr (up to $21.00/hr with tips)

• Must be 18 years or older
• Strong communicator and problem solver
• Hands‑on leader who leads by example
• Excellent at multitasking, organizing, and coaching under pressure
• Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus
• Flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays
