Job summary

Luna Grill is hiring Shift Leaders to guide restaurant teams on the floor, ensuring great guest moments and smooth service across California, Texas, and Arizona. This on-site role offers hands-on leadership, performance coaching, and opportunities to grow within a passionate, people-first brand.

Pay varies by region; California ranges up to $24.00/hr with tips, Texas up to $18.00/hr with tips, and Arizona up to $21.00/hr with tips.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of restaurant or guest service experience in a supervisory or leadership role required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Strong communicator and problem solver.
• Hands-on leader who leads by example.
• Excellent at multitasking, organizing, and coaching under pressure.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus.
• Flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example while serving guests and supporting your team.
• Act as the person in charge and handle daily operations, guest satisfaction, and team deployment.
• Oversee front-of-house operations, ensuring a clean, efficient, and welcoming environment.
• Deliver exceptional hospitality, resolve guest issues promptly, and make every visit a great experience.
• Coach and motivate team members in real time to uphold Luna Grill’s standards.
• Support with inventory counts, shift recaps, and basic administrative tasks.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain service flow and food quality.
• Maintain compliance with all safety, sanitation, and labor policies.

$20.50/hr (up to $24.00/hr with tips)

Texas – Dallas/Fort Worth
$13.00–$15.00/hr (up to $18.00/hr with tips)

Arizona – Mesa
$16.00–$18.00/hr (up to $21.00/hr with tips)
