Luna Grill is hiring a Shift Leader to guide daily operations on-site across California locations. You will lead the team, ensure guest satisfaction, and maintain service standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of restaurant or guest service experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus.

$20.50/hr (up to $24.00/hr with tips)

Texas – Dallas/Fort Worth
$13.00–$15.00/hr (up to $18.00/hr with tips)

Arizona – Mesa
$16.00–$18.00/hr (up to $21.00/hr with tips)

• Hands‑on leader who leads by example
• Excellent at multitasking, organizing, and coaching under pressure
• Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus
• Flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays
