Job summary

Dunkin' is seeking a Shift Leader to coach Crew Members during each shift, ensuring Brand standards are met and a friendly guest experience is delivered.

You will set goals, assign tasks, motivate the team, celebrate successes, and provide timely feedback to drive performance. Training new hires, monitoring quality, and handling guest concerns with a positive attitude will be part of your daily duties.
