Captain D’s is seeking a Shift Leader to be the face of the brand, guiding the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

You will lead shift operations, train staff, and uphold brand standards while fostering growth opportunities and internal promotion within Captain D’s.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Completion of a background check.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend and lift up to 50 lb in a fast-paced restaurant.
