Job summary

Captain D’s is hiring a Shift Leader to guide the team and ensure guests enjoy an exceptional experience. You will lead by example, train staff, and uphold brand standards in a fast-paced setting.

We offer competitive pay from $15.00 to $20.00 per hour, quarterly bonuses, paid training, and comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision and 401(k). Growth opportunities are emphasized, with many leaders promoted from within.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Completion of a background check.
• Physical/mental requirements include standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds and repetition.
• Ability to work variable days, including weekends, evenings and holidays.
