This range is provided by Far West Services, LLC. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Base pay range: $21.00/hr - $24.00/hr

Position Overview

A Shift Leader is an entry-level supervisory position responsible for supporting the Restaurant General Manager and Assistant Manager with daily operations. The role involves conveying the Wingstop culture, being a creative team player, and demonstrating dedication to the brand's success. This is an exciting opportunity for growth within the organization. Training will be provided for those without prior experience, supporting your journey toward a General Manager role.

Qualifications / Education / Experience
  • Preferred: 1 year of food service, retail, or restaurant supervisory experience (not required).
  • Food Handler Certification required upon hiring.
  • 6 months experience with a POS system.
  • Ability to meet restaurant policies and standards, including safety, quality, and cash handling.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality.
  • Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and late nights.
Key Responsibilities
  • Promote the culture, values, and mission of Wingstop with integrity and honesty.
  • Assist in achieving store goals alongside the General Manager.
  • Drive sales and control costs during shifts.
  • Ensure a safe environment for staff and guests.
  • Maintain composure during high volume and unusual events.
  • Build positive relationships with team members.
  • Support other positions as needed.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest needs.
  • Follow cash management policies.
  • Resolve guest issues efficiently and positively.
  • Maintain operational standards and communicate issues to facilities.
  • Use company tools to coach and develop team members, ensuring high performance and compliance with risk management standards.
