Job summary

Dunkin' Hasbrouck Heights is seeking a Shift Leader to coach Crew Members during shifts, ensuring adherence to Brand standards and delivering a friendly guest experience.

You will set goals, assign tasks, motivate the team, and provide timely feedback while supporting growth and a positive, team-oriented store environment. This role offers opportunities for advancement in a fast-paced Dunkin' franchise and access to a collaborative, energetic team.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching or supervising crew members.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to work variable shifts including weekends.
