Job summary

Sardi's Pollo A La Brasa in Maryland is seeking a Shift Leader to oversee daily operations, ensure impeccable guest service, and uphold quality and value across the location.

We're hiring Shift Leaders to join our team!

As a Shift Leader for Sardi's, you will be expected to maintain accountability for the efficient and profitable operation of their Sardi’s location. You will consistently delivery "impeccable service" to our guests; provide food of highest quality with great flavors and great value; create and maintain an environment of trust, credibility, and respect. You will ensure Sardi’s policies and procedures are implemented and maintained in a consistent manner. Shift Leaders are expected to support and help develop Team Members throughout the day.
