Job summary

Sardi's is hiring Shift Leaders to join our team in Bala Cynwyd. As a Shift Leader, you will be accountable for the efficient and profitable operation of our location and for delivering impeccable service to our guests while maintaining the highest food quality, flavor, and value.

You will ensure policies and procedures are followed consistently and help develop Team Members throughout the day, creating an environment of trust, credibility, and respect.

Job description

We're hiring Shift Leaders to join our team!

As a Shift Leader for Sardi's, you will be expected to maintain accountability for the efficient and profitable operation of their Sardi's location. You will consistently delivery “impeccable service” to our guests; provide food of highest quality with great flavors and great value; create and maintain an environment of trust, credibility, and respect. You will ensure Sardi's policies and procedures are implemented and maintained in a consistent manner. Shift Leaders are expected to support and help develop Team Members throughout the day.
