Job summary

Sardi’s Pollo A La Brasa is hiring a Shift Leader to oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient and profitable performance while delivering impeccable service to guests.

You will help develop Team Members, uphold policies, and maintain a respectful, trusted workplace with high food quality and value.

Job description

We're hiring Shift Leaders to join our team!

As a Shift Leader for Sardi's, you will be expected to maintain accountability for the efficient and profitable operation of their Sardi’s location. You will consistently delivery "impeccable service" to our guests; provide food of highest quality with great flavors and great value; create and maintain an environment of trust, credibility, and respect. You will ensure Sardi’s policies and procedures are implemented and maintained in a consistent manner. Shift Leaders are expected to support and help develop Team Members throughout the day.
