This position offers an hourly wage between $15 to $16 plus tips. As a Shift Leader, you will support the management team by producing high-quality food, delivering excellent customer experiences, developing team members, enforcing policies, and maintaining sanitation standards.

Key responsibilities include:

• Working 30-35 hours per week
• Managing and leading a crew of 2 to 5 people per shift
• Performing opening and closing tasks
• Ensuring operational checklists are followed

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of QSR experience
• Serve Safe Certification (Food Handler is a plus)
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
