Job description

As a Shift Leader at our LSU store located at 128 W Chimes St, Baton Rouge LA 70802, you are the captain of our bakery during your shift! You understand what it takes to "Own the Night" by predicting the flow of business and leading a successful shift. Your hands-on leadership should include building orders, suggestive selling, baking, interacting with customers, and taking pride in your role as a leader, contributing to a productive and enjoyable night for your store team.

What will I do as a Shift Leader?

1. Provide exceptional customer service and quality products to all guests during their visit.
2. Support store leadership by maintaining operations during your shift, communicating important information, monitoring production efficiency, ensuring team adherence to company standards, and assisting in training and coaching team members.
3. Maintain a safe, clean environment for guests and staff, following safe food handling practices.
4. Manage cash handling and deposits.

Desired Skills and Experience:

1. At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role.
2. Experience with Point of Sale systems.
3. Excellent communication, time management, and interpersonal skills.
4. Detail-oriented and results-driven.
