Job summary

Roaring Fork Restaurant Group is seeking a Shift Leader for their Fox Point, WI location. Lead daily operations, train staff, and ensure excellent guest experiences in a fast-paced Mexican-inspired concept.

You will supervise shifts, uphold food safety standards, coordinate with teammates, and contribute to a positive, respectful work culture while providing opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership or supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with customers and team members.
• Ability to train and develop staff, supervise shifts, and meet standards.

Responsibilities

• Train and develop team members during shifts.
• Recognize and reward achievements to motivate the team.
• Assign duties and set clear goals for staff.
• Deliver consistent, high-quality customer service to guests.
• Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards.
• Assist with inventory control and restaurant upkeep.
• Fill in as cook, cashier, or line server when needed.
