Requirements

Responsibilities

• Serve guests by taking orders, handling cash and credit cards, and responding promptly and respectfully to all guest needs.
• Deliver meals to guests at their table or to a designated pickup area, providing excellent customer service at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness of your work area, dining room, parking lot, and restrooms.
• Stock supplies as needed to maintain inventory during your shift.
• Manage and lead a team of staff, ensuring standards are met to provide the best hospitality and guest experience.
• Coach, train, and develop team members on policies and procedures, fostering a positive work environment.
• Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards.
• Open and/or close the restaurant, leading the shift as a key holder.
