Summary

Shift Leaders are responsible for coaching Restaurant Team Members throughout their shift to execute operational Brand standards and deliver excellent guest service. They set goals, assign tasks, and motivate the team by providing timely feedback.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Perform all responsibilities of restaurant team members.
2. Support the Restaurant Manager in achieving operational goals and execution.
3. Ensure Brand standards are maintained during the shift, including food and beverage preparation.
4. Communicate shift priorities, goals, and results to team members.
5. Coach team members throughout the shift with constructive, clear, and timely feedback.
6. Assist in training restaurant team members as needed.
7. Oversee safety, security, and profitability policies and procedures during the shift.
8. Coordinate with the next Shift Leader to ensure a smooth transition.
9. Ensure compliance with Food Safety standards.
10. Manage inventory during the shift.
11. Provide excellent guest service and coach team members to do the same.
12. Schedule team members for shifts.
13. Manage cash over/short during the shift and ensure adherence to cash management policies.

Requirements
