We are looking for a Shift Leader!

Our Shift Leaders are like the cream cheese on the bagel—adding flavor and holding everything together!

What's a day in the life of a Shift Leader?

Shift Leaders work closely with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver excellent guest experiences. They set the morale and tone of the team, provide feedback and coaching, and are responsible for opening and closing the store with minimal supervision. They ensure food quality and a safe, clean environment. Many of our General Managers started as Shift Leaders and Team Members! If you enjoy making mornings special for our guests, we'd love to hear from you.

What we are looking for:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to work varied hours, including early mornings and weekends
• Ability to pass background checks
• ServSafe Certification or ability to obtain it before leadership training ends
• Possession of, or ability to acquire, a valid driver's license (preferred at some locations)
