Modern Market Eatery in Englewood, CO is seeking an experienced Shift Leader to ensure smooth shifts, guest service excellence, and open kitchen operations. You will oversee opening/closing, delegate tasks, monitor food quality, and manage breaks across the team.

The role requires at least 6 months in restaurant shift leadership, strong communication, and ability to coordinate work and multi-task. Benefit eligible includes health, PTO, 401k, free meals.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the cleanliness of the restaurant and delegate side work tasks.
• Continually monitor food quality.
• Open and close procedures as the manager in charge of those shifts.
• Run the shift while making sure that all employees are taking their given / mandatory breaks at the appropriate time throughout the day
• Work all stations in the restaurant while recognizing where you are most needed at a given time
• Assist Manager with other duties as needed.

• This position is paid hourly and is eligible for overtime in accordance with laws applicable to the work location.
• This position is eligible to participate in Tip sharing! This benefit can add upwards of $2 / hour additional pay and is paid out each pay period.
