Job Description - About the Job:

Reporting to the Restaurant General Manager, the Shift Leader supports shift management by training staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining operational standards. This role involves hands-on work, responding to customer needs, and modeling appropriate behaviors in the restaurant.

Responsibilities of the Shift Leader Position:

1. Maintaining fast, accurate service, positive guest relations, and product quality standards.
2. Ensuring a safe work environment by modeling safe behaviors.
3. Motivating and training team members.
4. Maintaining equipment, facility, and grounds through preventative maintenance.
5. Ensuring food quality and customer satisfaction.
6. Implementing marketing plans effectively.
7. Recognizing and motivating team members.
8. Providing feedback to team and RGM.
