Job Description - About the Job:

Reporting to the Restaurant General Manager, the Shift Leader supports shift management by following company policies to ensure customer satisfaction and profitability. This role involves hands-on work, including employee training, responding to customer needs, and modeling appropriate behaviors in the restaurant.

Responsibilities of the Shift Leader Position:

1. Maintain fast, accurate service and positive guest relations, ensuring product quality standards are met.
2. Promote a safe working environment by modeling and enforcing safe work behaviors.
3. Motivate and train team members.
4. Ensure equipment, facility, and grounds are maintained through preventative maintenance programs.
5. Guarantee food quality and 100% customer satisfaction.
6. Execute corporate and local marketing plans in a timely manner.
7. Lead recognition and motivation initiatives.
8. Provide regular feedback to the team and Restaurant General Manager.

Minimum Requirements: Is This You?

1. Must be at least 18 years old.
2. Experience supervising in the Quick Service Restaurant industry or retail environment.
3. Excellent attendance and punctuality.
4. Basic business math skills.
5. Strong oral and written communication skills.
6. Basic computer literacy.
