Shift Leaders are trained to be our store's most capable employees and act as manager on duty.

• Oversee that we deliver a quality product while providing an exceptional guest experience.
• Efficient in opening and closing the store, empowered to make decisions, and answer guest questions.
• Take initiative and proactively complete and delegate store tasks.
• Key holders of the store.
• Scheduled for opening and/or closing shifts.
• Hold the team accountable to maintain Clean Juice standards and procedures.
• Eligible for promotion to management positions.

Assistant Managers are also responsible for:
