Job Overview

The remaining 25% of the time will involve performing production-related tasks to support overall operational efficiency. This role does not include direct supervision of personnel.
Qualifications
- Excellent leadership, problem solving and organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal direction.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented leader who has excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Previous supervisory and warehouse experience
- Ability to operate industrial equipment safely and properly, including forklift and pallet jack
- Ability to read, write and follow instructions and work independently

- Technical Proficiency: Experience with programming software, including importing, editing, and exporting files to meet customer specifications.
- ERP and Reporting: Familiar with using ERP systems to review production reports and communicate quotas and quality expectations.
- Hands-On Support: Willing and able to assist directly in production activities to support team needs and customer commitments.
- Floor Presence: Maintains a visible and engaged presence on the production floor to support employees, monitor operations, and address issues in real time.
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Requires regular use of hands to handle, control, or feel objects, tools, or controls.
- Must be able to lift, push, pull, or carry materials and products up to 50 pounds as needed.
- Frequent bending, twisting, reaching, and crouching may be required during routine tasks.
- Ability to climb stairs and ladders or access elevated areas if necessary.
- Requires normal visual acuity and hearing to safely operate machinery and interact with team members.
- Must be able to work in varying environmental conditions such as heat, cold, noise, and exposure to dust or fumes, depending on plant conditions.
- Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) including safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, etc., for the duration of the shift.
