Job summary

Taco Bell, a franchisee location, is seeking a dedicated Shift Lead to support the Restaurant General Manager (RGM). You will help run efficient shifts, ensure guest service meets Taco Bell standards, and guide Team Members to complete their duties.

You take ownership to solve problems, seek help when needed, and contribute to a safe, friendly dining environment for both staff and customers.

You support the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) by running great work shifts and meeting Taco Bell standards. Key responsibilities include making sure Team Members complete all assigned duties and serve safe, quality food in a friendly manner. You’ll also ensure that the restaurant is a safe place for Team Members to work and customers to visit.
