Job summary

Taco Bell franchisee is looking for a Shift Lead to support the Restaurant General Manager by running effective shifts, solving problems, and guiding team members to serve safe, quality food with a friendly attitude.

You will help ensure the restaurant complies with cash, security, inventory, and labor policies while maintaining a safe environment for both staff and guests.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership and responsibility to solve problems, seek help when needed and are willing to help and guide others.
• Ensure that Team Members complete all assigned duties and serve safe, quality food in a friendly manner.
• Make sure that the restaurant is a safe place for Team Members to work and customers to visit.
