Luna Grill in California is seeking a hands-on Shift Leader to coach teams, ensure guest satisfaction, and run smooth shifts on the floor.

You’ll lead by example, manage front-of-house operations, and collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain service flow. 1-3 years of supervisory experience and strong communication are preferred; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of restaurant or guest service experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Strong communicator and problem solver.
• Hands‑on leader who leads by example.
• Excellent at multitasking, organizing, and coaching under pressure.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus.
• Flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

$20.50/hr (up to $24.00/hr with tips)

Texas - Dallas/Fort Worth
$13.00-15.00/hr (up to $18.00/hr with tips)

Arizona - Mesa
$16.00-18.00/hr (up to $21.00/hr with tips)
