Job summary

Luna Grill is hiring a dedicated Shift Leader to set the tone on each shift, lead by example, and ensure guests have outstanding experiences. This hands-on role is ideal for leaders who love action on the floor and seamless restaurant operations.

You’ll oversee front-of-house, support the kitchen, and coach team members while maintaining safety, sanitation, and service standards. California, Texas, and Arizona regions offer hourly pay with tips.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of restaurant or guest service experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus.
• Flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Act as the person in charge, handle daily operations, guest satisfaction, and team deployment.
• Oversee front-of-house operations, ensuring a clean, efficient, and welcoming environment.

• Support with inventory counts, shift recaps, and basic administrative tasks.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain service flow and food quality.
• Maintain compliance with safety, sanitation, and labor policies.

Locations & Pay (compensation varies by region and market)

California -LA • Orange County • San Diego • Inland Empire
$20.50/hr (up to $24.00/hr with tips)

Texas – Dallas/Fort Worth
$13.00–$15.00/hr (up to $18.00/hr with tips)

Arizona – Mesa
$16.00–$18.00/hr (up to $21.00/hr with tips)
