Luna Grill is seeking a Hospitality Specialist to be the face of the brand, delivering warm, genuine service and ensuring every guest leaves satisfied. You will contribute to a fast-paced front-of-house team, guide guests through the menu, and coordinate with the kitchen to maintain smooth service.

Ideal candidates bring a year of guest-facing experience, strong communication, and a friendly, proactive attitude in a team environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in guest-facing or fast-casual restaurant role required.
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
• Ability to make guests feel valued and cared for.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Knowledge of food handling and sanitation standards.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome every guest with enthusiasm and ensure a seamless experience from hello to goodbye.
• Guide guests through menu, answer questions, and make recommendations.
• Take and process orders using the POS system.
• Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure orders are perfect.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly and with a smile.
• Maintain clean, organized dining and service areas.
• Complete opening/closing tasks and side work with pride.
• Handle to-go and phone orders with efficiency and attention to detail.
• Support your teammates to keep service flowing and guests happy.

$20.00/hr (Up to $24/hr with tips)

Texas – Dallas/Fort Worth
$11.00–$13.50/hr (Up to $16/hr with tips)

Arizona – Mesa
$15.15–$16.50/hr (Up to $19/hr with tips)
