What Our Shift Leaders Do

As a Shift Leader, you’ll run the show and be responsible for all center operations (including cash accountability and key control) in the absence of your General Manager, Assistant General Manager, Manager, or Supervisor. You’ll also ensure a great in-center experience for our guests.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Work directly with the management team to ensure exemplary guest service is maintained at all times.
• Provide information on programs, promotions, pricing, and specials.
• Answer phones professionally and pleasantly.
• Take reservations.
• Address guest complaints with patience and professionalism.
• Assign open lanes and monitor their availability.
• Prepare for leagues and ensure they start on time.
• Follow cash control procedures.
• Unload, stock, and maintain inventory levels.

Qualifications

• Optional: HS Diploma (Bachelor’s preferred)
• A commitment to excellent guest service
• Solid communication skills
• Strong team player
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Work Environment & Physical Demands

Typical entertainment environment where walking, bending, standing for periods, and lifting objects with assistance may be required.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15-17/hr

Shifts:

• Evening shift
• Night shift

Weekly availability: Weekend
