We are seeking a dedicated Shift Leader to support our management team in effectively running our location. Responsibilities include:

• Leading and managing shifts to ensure excellent service
• Delivering high-quality food
• Providing outstanding customer service in the Jersey Mikes way
• Motivating team members through effective communication
• Modeling a sense of urgency and professionalism
• Adhering to Jersey Mikes policies and procedures

Expectations for this role include:
