Job summary

Five Guys Burgers and Fries in Creedmoor, NC is looking for a proactive Shift Leader to guide a fast-paced team, ensure guest satisfaction, and uphold clean, high-quality standards.

You will train staff across stations, supervise daily operations, assist with cooking and opening/closing duties, and foster teamwork and friendly service.

As a Shift Leader, you'll be trained on all aspects of the restaurant and help ensure the satisfaction of all our guests through your leadership. This includes cooking, cleaning, and interacting with our guests.

Requirements
