We are looking for a Shift Leader!

Our Shift Leaders are like the cream cheese on the bagel — they add flavor and help hold everything together.

What’s a day in the life of a Shift Leader?

Shift Leaders work closely with the General Manager to motivate the team and ensure a great guest experience. They set the morale and tone, provide feedback and coaching, and open and close the store with minimal supervision. They ensure food quality and a safe, clean environment. Many General Managers started as Shift Leaders. If you enjoy making mornings special, we want to hear from you!

What we are looking for:
