Job description

As aShift Leader at our USC store located at2013 Devine St, Columbia SC 29205, you are the captain of our bakery during your shift! You understand what it takes to "Own the Night" by predicting the flow of business and leading a successful shift. Your hands-on leadership should include building orders, suggestive selling, baking, and customer interaction. Additionally, taking pride in your leadership as an Insomniac contributes to a productive and enjoyable night for your store team!

WHAT WILL I DO AS A SHIFT LEADER?

• Provide excellent customer service and quality products to all guests
• Support store operations by maintaining efficiency, communicating key information, and training team members
• Maintain a safe, clean environment and adhere to food safety standards
• Manage cash handling and deposits

DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

• At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role
• Experience with Point of Sale systems
• Excellent communication, time management, and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented and results-driven
• Ability to lead by example and motivate others
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States
• Must be 18 years or older
