Job summary

Blaze Pizza in College Station, TX is seeking an Assistant Manager (Shift Leader) to drive guest experiences, lead a fast-paced team, and ensure quality and safety during each shift.

You will train staff, manage operations, promote teamwork, and participate in bonus programs and employee discounts with growth opportunities. Must be 18+, high school or equivalent, and ready to work flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Must have strong management, team-building and communication skills.
• Experience in a supervisory role or quick service restaurant preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older with a stable work history.
