Description of Position

The Shift Leader collaborates with restaurant teams to deliver exceptional service and quality food in a clean, safe, and welcoming setting. This role involves working various team positions and overseeing shifts, including opening, closing, inventory management, and maintaining food quality and sanitation standards.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

1. Leading, coaching, and training team members to ensure smooth operations.
2. Monitoring labor metrics and sales during shifts.
3. Completing cleaning duties with integrity.
4. Proficiently performing all restaurant roles and supporting team members.
5. Providing an exceptional guest experience.
6. Ensuring guest satisfaction through adherence to service standards.
7. Managing opening and closing procedures, including cash handling.
8. Addressing guest issues and reporting to management.
9. Managing food orders and storage.
10. Conducting temperature checks to ensure food safety.
11. Maintaining a safe, clean, and enjoyable work environment.
12. Communicating effectively with management about business matters.
13. Reporting team member concerns to the General Manager.
