Goodwin Recruiting is seeking a Shift Leader for a respected restaurant group. You will lead a crew, ensure guest satisfaction, and maintain daily operations with a focus on food safety, quality, and speed of service.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or food service within FAST FOOD industry.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead and influence others.
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must meet minimum legal age requirements for managerial roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate crew members to deliver consistent performance and guest service.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring food safety, quality, cleanliness, and speed of service.
• Provide coaching, on-the-job training, and support for new team members.
• Handle basic cash management tasks and assist with inventory counts and waste tracking.
• Address guest concerns promptly and professionally, driving guest satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and labor standards while maintaining a safe environment.

Shift Leader Requirements & Qualifications

• Customer service or food service experience within the FAST FOOD industry
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lead and influence others
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must meet minimum legal age requirements for managerial roles

Shift Leader Preferred Background & Skills

• Prior FAST FOOD restaurant experience
• Familiarity with restaurant systems (such as POS, KVS, or scheduling software)
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience
