Job summary

Smoothie King is seeking a brand ambassador to serve as a Shift Leader, guiding team members in the store and ensuring guests select smoothies and products that support a healthy lifestyle. The leader will step in when the General Manager is not present, demonstrating passion for the brand and willingness to take on new challenges.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a team member in a restaurant or similar retail customer service business.
• Microsoft Office knowledge required.
• Knowledgeable of general POS functionality.
• Excellent communication skills, ability to give and receive feedback.
• Must be extremely reliable.

• Greets and engages guests to provide a friendly experience.
• Properly preps all fruits, vegetables, frozen items, powders, and liquids.
• Performs opening and/or closing duties.

• Assists in team member management throughout shifts.
• Fulfills cash handling, inventory, and open/closing store assignments.

As a brand ambassador, Shift Leaders will help our guests meet their fitness and nutrition goals by assisting them to help select smoothies and retail products that inspire them to live a healthy and active lifestyle! A Shift Leader will also provide guidance to team members when the General Manager is not in the store.
