Job summary

Smoothie King is seeking a Brand Ambassador to serve guests, assist in achieving fitness and nutrition goals, and guide teammates in the absence of the General Manager. You’ll help customers select smoothies and retail products that inspire a healthy lifestyle while modeling the brand’s culture.

Open to reliable individuals with experience in hospitality or retail, strong communication, and basic cash handling.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a team member in a restaurant or similar retail customer service.
• Microsoft Office knowledge required.
• Knowledgeable of general POS functionality.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to give and receive feedback.
• Must be extremely reliable.

Responsibilities

• Blends delicious tasting smoothies.
• Ensures Guest’s purpose is met when smoothies are ordered.
• Greets and engages the Guest to provide a friendly experience
• Properly preps all fruits, vegetables, frozen items, powders, and liquids.
• Performs opening and/or closing duties.
• Performs store checklist tasks.
• Shows up on time and ready to work.
• Lives and promotes the culture, values, and mission of Smoothie King
• Assists in Team Member management throughout shifts.
• Fulfills cash handling, inventory, and open/closing store assignments.

As a brand ambassador, Shift Leaders will help our guests meet their fitness and nutrition goals by assisting them to help select smoothies and retail products that inspire them to live a healthy and active lifestyle!
