Job Description - About the Job:

Reporting to the Restaurant General Manager, the Shift Leader assists in managing shifts, ensuring customer satisfaction and profitability. The role involves hands-on training, responding to customer needs, and modeling appropriate behaviors in the restaurant.

Responsibilities of the Shift Leader:

1. Maintain fast, accurate service and positive guest relations, ensuring product quality standards are met.
2. Promote a safe work environment by modeling safe behaviors.
3. Motivate and train team members.
4. Maintain equipment, facility, and grounds through preventative maintenance.
5. Ensure food quality and 100% customer satisfaction.
6. Execute marketing plans effectively.
7. Recognize and motivate team members.
8. Provide regular feedback to the team and RGM.
