Job Description - About the Job:

Reporting to the Restaurant General Manager, the Shift Leader assists in managing restaurant shifts by following company policies to ensure customer satisfaction and profit. The role involves hands-on training, responding to customer needs, and modeling appropriate restaurant behaviors.

Responsibilities of the Shift Leader Position:

1. Maintain fast, accurate service and positive guest relations, ensuring product quality standards are met.
2. Promote a safe work environment by modeling safe behaviors.
3. Motivate and train team members.
4. Maintain equipment, facility, and grounds through preventative maintenance.
5. Ensure food quality and customer satisfaction.
6. Execute marketing plans effectively.
7. Recognize and motivate team members.
8. Provide regular feedback to team and RGM.
