Reporting to the Restaurant General Manager, the Shift Leader assists in managing restaurant shifts in accordance with company policies to ensure customer satisfaction and profit. The Shift Leader performs hands-on work, trains employees, responds to customer needs, and models appropriate behaviors in the restaurant.
