Job summary

Dunkin’ in Birmingham, AL is looking for a Shift Leader to guide daily operations and set the tone for outstanding guest service. You’ll lead by example, coach crew members, and help teammates shine from opening to closing shifts.

Responsibilities include prepping food, managing inventory and cash, keeping the store clean and safe, and stepping in for the manager when needed. This role offers paid training, flexible hours including mornings and weekends, and opportunities to grow into management

Qualifications

• Experience in food service or retail; leadership experience a plus.
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay cool under pressure.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings, weekends and holidays.
