Moe's Southwest Grill in Beaufort, SC is seeking a dynamic Shift Manager to help run daily operations, ensure food safety standards, and deliver friendly, efficient service to guests.

You will lead staff, greet guests, monitor inventory, and manage cash while maintaining Moe's welcoming culture and professional representation of the brand.

Competenze

• Minimum customer service experience preferred.
• Willingness to train in Moe's food safety procedures.
• Ability to manage cash and operate the POS accurately.

As a Shift Manager, your duties will include:

• Train, monitor, and reinforce food safety procedures
• Enthusiastically greet all guests with a hearty "Welcome to Moe's" when they enter the restaurant.
• Monitor inventory levels and deliver fresh delicious food
• Providing prompt, efficient, courteous service to all guests.
• Anticipate and identify guest complaints in a timely manner, inquiring about the quality of a guest's dining experience, thanking guests and inviting them to return.
• Taking register readings, handling cash in an accurate and responsible manner, making interim cash reports, and handling frequent cash drops.
• Create a fun and friendly work environment that rewards teamwork
• Maintaining guest checks in numerical orders.
• Perform other tasks as directed by management and at all times represent Moe's as a professional in every aspect of performance.
