Position: Shift Leader

Location: Fells Point store, 812 S Broadway, Baltimore MD 21231

As a Shift Leader at our bakery, you are the captain of our team during your shift! You understand how to “Own the Night” by predicting business flow and leading a successful shift. Your hands-on leadership should include building orders, suggestive selling, baking, and customer interaction. Taking pride in your role as a leader will contribute to a productive and enjoyable night for your store.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service and quality products throughout the guest experience
  • Support store operations by maintaining efficiency, communicating, and coaching team members
  • Delegate tasks for baking, cashiering, packaging, and cleaning, while leading the Cookie Crew
  • Work alongside the Cookie Crew
  • Ensure a safe, clean environment adhering to food safety standards
  • Manage cash handling and deposits
Desired Skills and Experience:
  • At least 1 year in a customer service role
  • Experience with Point of Sale systems
  • Strong communication, time management, and interpersonal skills
  • Outgoing, friendly, and patient
  • Detail-oriented and results-driven
  • Ability to lead by example and motivate others
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
  • Legally eligible to work in the U.S.
  • Must be 18 or older
