Job summary

Hunter Super Techs - TurnPoint is seeking a Shift Leader to coach Dunkin’ restaurant team members during the shift and ensure brand standards are met while delivering great guest service. You will set goals, assign tasks, and motivate others by providing feedback.

You will support the Restaurant Manager in meeting operational goals, communicate shift priorities, and prepare the next Shift Leader. Strong English, basic computer skills and leadership background are preferred.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills are required for daily tasks.
• Previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality preferred.
• Fluent spoken and written English is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform all responsibilities of restaurant team members.
• Support the Restaurant Manager in meeting goals and execution.
• Maintain Brand standards across the shift, including food/beverage prep.
• Communicate shift priorities and results to the team.
• Create shift deployment plans to cover all positions.
• Coach team members with timely, constructive feedback.
• Delegate tasks to ensure smooth workflow and resources.
• Assist with training of team members as needed.
• Oversee safety, security and profitability policies during a shift.
• Prepare the next Shift Leader for the upcoming shift.
• Ensure Food Safety standards are met.
• Manage inventory during the shift.
• Provide great guest service and coach others to do the same.
• Handle customer complaints, conflicts and emergencies promptly.
• Manage cash over/short and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Monitor attendance and adherence to company policies.
