Job summary

Hunter Super Techs - TurnPoint is seeking a Shift Leader to coach Dunkin’ restaurant team members and ensure brand standards during each shift. You will set goals, assign tasks, and motivate staff while maintaining guest service excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include protecting food safety, managing inventory, handling cash, and resolving guest issues. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential to support the Restaurant Manager and drive daily operations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• HS Diploma or GED preferred.
• Basic computer skills.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality.
• Experience managing daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Coach restaurant team members during shifts with timely feedback.
• Help the Restaurant Manager meet operational goals and standards.
• Ensure Brand standards in food and beverage prep and service.
• Communicate shift priorities, goals and results to team.
• Complete shift deployment plans to cover all positions.
• Oversee safety, security and profitability policies during shifts.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to protect the restaurant's reputation.
• Manage cash over/short and ensure proper deposits.
• Monitor attendance and adherence to policies.

Position Title: Shift LeaderReports To: Restaurant ManagerOverview:Shift Leaders are generally responsible for coaching Dunkin’ Restaurant Team Members throughout their shift to execute operational Brand standards and deliver great guest service.
