Job summary

Dunkin' Avondale is seeking a Shift Leader to coach Crew Members, uphold brand standards, and deliver a welcoming guest experience on every shift. You will set goals, assign tasks, and motivate the team to achieve success while modeling excellent customer service.

In this role, you will provide timely feedback, monitor operations, and help Crew Members grow their skills in a fast-paced Dunkin' environment. This position offers opportunities for advancement within the franchise.
