Job summary

SunLife Organics in Miami is seeking a SunLife Samurai to lead by example and deliver outstanding guest experiences with enthusiasm. You’ll mentor associates, maintain standards, and help drive a positive team culture.

You will keep operations running smoothly, ensure cleanliness and safety, manage inventory, and engage with the local community. The role pays $15.50 per hour plus tips, with weekend and holiday flexibility.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of food service experience (preferred).
• A passion for leadership, customer service, and all things SunLife.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Ability to stay energized and efficient in a fast-paced environment, while keeping a positive attitude.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Responsibilities

As a Samurai, you’ll be the heartbeat of the SunLife team! You’ll lead by example, motivate your crew, and deliver the ultimate guest experience with enthusiasm and top-notch service. Whether you're behind the counter or on the floor, you’ll set the standard for excellence in everything you do. The rate for this role is $15.50 per hour with additional compensation in the form of tips.

What You’ll Do:

• Teamwork & Training: Foster a positive, collaborative environment by building strong relationships with your team, addressing any conflicts, and training new associates on our standards, products, and systems.


• Community Champion: Get involved with local events, connect with nearby businesses, and build brand loyalty through genuine connections in the community.
